1. Booking and payment

    Your booking would be only valid with a payment of a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost. Time limit for deposit is 60 days ahead of the beginning of the trip. The remaining 50% of the cost could be paid upon your arrival in Vietnam, right  after your hotel check-in in exchange of vouchers, air or train tickets, etc.

2. Cancellation conditions

• Cancellation more than one month ahead of the beginning of the trip  : full reimbursement  of the amount paid
• Cancellation more than two weeks ahead of the beginning of the trip  :  cancellation fees being 10% of the trip cost, the amount to be reimbursed would be the amount paid substracted of this cancellation fees.
• Cancellation more than one week  ahead of the beginning of the trip  : cancellation fees being 50% of the trip cost, the amount to be reimbursed would be the amount paid substracted of this cancellation fees.
• Cancellation less than one week ahead of the beginning of the trip   or no-show : no reimbursement  of  the amount paid
